Culinary Trip around the World

A Production with Singapore Airlines and partners.

Most of my trips are to one location and don’t last more than a few days or week, but on occasion I get to participate in longer-lasting and even more exciting projects. I went around the world in 14 days, visiting some of the chefs of Singapore Airlines' International Culinary Panel: from Singapore to Japan, to the US and back to Europe. It was undoubtedly one of the culinary highlights of my life, but just as fascinating was getting to meet the accoladed chefs, and learning more about their lives and influences.
